Born in Germany and now living in Mexico, Jörg discovered his deep love for nature and the remarkable power of trees at an early age. Throughout his life, forests have been a source of inspiration, inner peace, and connection to the natural world. Since 2022, Jörg has been working as a Forest Bathing Instructor with the Treeming Organization, sharing his passion for nature-based mindfulness and the transformative experience of reconnecting with the forest. Jörg believes that the forest is much more than a place to visit—it is a space for reflection, personal growth, and finding balance in an increasingly fast-paced world. Through his work with Treeming, he hopes to make the profound benefits of Forest Bathing accessible to people from all walks of life, encouraging a deeper and more meaningful relationship with nature.
