Meditations for Connecting with Nature

In this 4-part series we’ll explore how to bring mindfulness to our sensory experience. Mark Coleman teaches outside, so if you have the capability of watching this on your phone, try doing this at a local park or in some natural setting. If that’s not possible or doable, though, these practices can be done just as well at home.

Session #1: Mindful Listening: Attuning to What’s Present

Session #2: Cultivating a Sense of Presence and Awareness

Session #3: A Grounding Practice to Focus Your Busy Mind

Session #4: Opening Our Hearts to the Natural World
