Winter Insight Meditation Retreat

A silent winter retreat in the hills of Marin County

Start the year with six nights of silent practice. This Insight Meditation (vipassanā) retreat offers step-by-step instruction in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, along with lovingkindness meditation, meetings with teachers, and evening talks on bringing the Buddha’s teachings into daily life.
