Summer Insight Meditation Retreat

Nine nights of silent Insight practice

This silent retreat offers an extended period of Insight Meditation, investigating impermanence and the nature of mind and body through direct experience. It is silent apart from small-group meetings with teachers. It can be taken on its own, or combined with the Summer Lovingkindness Retreat (July 7–16) as one continuous 18-night retreat.
