Free Live Social Skills Class (Sundays)
About This Event
A free weekly class on feeling more at ease with people
Most of us know the feeling: a conversation that’s hard to start, a group we’re not sure how to join, or a moment when we’re so busy planning what to say next that we stop really listening. Connecting with others is a skill, and like any skill, it gets easier with practice.
Join online any Sunday from November 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, 2:30–3:00 pm PT. Each class is free and live on Zoom.
What the class covers
In this 30-minute live class, a Jaunty instructor guides participants through the basics of feeling more comfortable around others: being present in conversation, listening well, and connecting with people at work, with friends, and in new relationships. It’s taught live by a real instructor, not a recorded webinar, and mixes short teaching with exercises and chances to practice with others.
About the host
Jaunty has been teaching social skills since 2013. It was founded by Eric Waisman, author of Approach.
Who it’s for
Adults who want to feel more at ease around people, whether you’re shy, out of practice, or simply want to connect more meaningfully. No experience needed.
The class is free, but space is limited. Click the button below to register for a session.
