Heart Journey in Bhutan & Nepal
About This Event
Ten days of meditation and discovery in Bhutan and Nepal
This small-group journey moves slowly through two Himalayan kingdoms, pairing daily meditation with time in places few travelers get to see. You’ll begin in Nepal’s Kathmandu Valley, among temples, prayer flags, and the scent of incense, before crossing into Bhutan, where the group arrives in time for the colorful Paro Tshechu festival.
March 18–27, 2027. The group meets in Kathmandu, Nepal. From $6,900 USD per person (early-bird rate; regular price $7,250).
What the journey includes
Each day combines morning meditation, often in monasteries, with unhurried visits to remote and off-the-beaten-track sites. Accommodation ranges from eco-resorts to simple monastery guesthouses, and the trip is all-inclusive, with transportation, local guides, meals, and lodging. Groups are capped at 21 people.
The journey is guided by meditation instructor Karma Chöyang Tsomo.
Who it’s for
Travelers who want to deepen their practice in an inspiring setting. Expect a moderate activity level, with two to four hours of walking or hiking most days. You’ll need a passport valid for at least six months.
