Despite the name, there’s no accounting or finance here.

The curriculum focuses on the inner capacities that shape your decisions, build on your success, and help you bring your visions into the world.

The Inner MBA is a six-month certificate program from Sounds True, developed in consultation with the Greater Good Science Center, whose work advances the study of compassion, resilience, and human flourishing.

The curriculum brings together emotional intelligence, neuroscience, organizational psychology, contemplative practice, conscious business, and practical leadership. It begins with awareness and self-regulation, then moves into emotional intelligence, connection, conflict, and finally the question underneath so many professional decisions: What’s mine to do?
