Gordon Wallace, Ph.D., is a retired clinical psychologist and longtime mindfulness teacher whose work explores how presence helps us meet grief, aging, and inner change with compassion and courage. He volunteers with a local hospice, where he teaches mindfulness to bereavement and palliative‑care clients as he companions individuals through the tender terrain of loss. He is the author of Moonlight Serenade: Embracing Aging Mindfully and Into the Heart of Presence: Reflections on Cultivating a Mindful Sensibility in Everyday Life. Both books warmly invite readers into a gentle, relational approach to contemplative practice, encouraging a thoughtful and meaningful connection with life. He lives in coastal British Columbia with his wife and close to extended family, where he continues to write, teach, and walk alongside others on the path of mindful transformation.
