Mindfulness Day—September 12—was created last year by Wisdom Publications to raise awareness about the value of mindfulness. You can celebrate the day any way you'd like—maybe you've been thinking about starting your own practice or perhaps getting your community involved by forming a meditation group? Here are a few stories looking at how to incorporate mindfulness into your life, from full-out practice pieces to small ways we can bring mindfulness into our everyday lives.
