How can I subscribe to Mindful?

You may order online. Or, contact subscriber services by phone or by email. Subscription orders can also be mailed to Mindful, P.O. Box 469018, Escondido, CA 92046 USA. In Canada: Mindful, 1660 Hollis St. Suite 703, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 1V7. In the U.S., please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue. Note that Mindful publishes on a bimonthly schedule (every 2 months).

Have questions about your digital subscription to Mindful?

Q: How do I access my digital subscription?

A: Please use the email address and password you provided when placing your order to access your digital subscription via the Mindful app and digital magazine library.

  • Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the Mindful app on your iPad or Android tablet. Sign in and download all available issues.
  • The digital magazine library is available at: archive.mindful.org. Bookmark it in your browser for easy access.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I recover my password to regain access?

Please visit our self-service customer care site here. Log in to manage your subscription account where you can reset your password.

Q: What devices are compatible with a digital subscription?

Currently the digital edition is available on iPad and most Android tablets. Mindful is not currently available on smartphones. We hope to make a mobile version available soon.

Q: I paid for digital access as part of my subscription. What does digital access include?

Digital only subscriptions include access to the custom tablet edition for one year, plus all available back issues in the app (beginning with Dec 2014).

Print + Digital subscriptions include access to the custom tablet edition for one year, plus all available back issues in the app. Print + Digital subscriptions also include access to the full Mindful magazine digital library. The digital library is available online through any web browser.

Q: I subscribed from the App Store, what does my access include?

Subscriptions purchased from the App Store include access to the app for one year. Back issues are not included. Please contact iTunes support for account or billing inquiries: www.apple.com/support/itunes

Q: I am a print subscriber. Does it include digital access?

A print only subscription does not include digital access at this time.

Q: I’m a print subscriber. Can I transfer my print subscription to be a digital subscription instead?

Yes. Please contact customer support at 1-855-492-1675 to discuss your subscription options.

Q: I’m a print subscriber. Can I upgrade my subscription to include both print and digital access?

Yes. Please contact customer support at 1-855-492-1675 to discuss your subscription options.

Is it safe to subscribe, renew, pay my bill and change my address online?

Yes. Our magazines use industry-standard security procedures to protect the information you sent us using our website or response forms. These procedures are intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we collect from you. Please click here to read more about our privacy and security policy.

When will I receive my first issue?

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your first issue. Note that Mindful publishes on a bimonthly cycle (every 2 months).

How do I give a gift subscription to Mindful?

You may order a gift subscription online or contact our customer service staff by calling toll-free 1-855-492-1675. Gift subscription orders can also be mailed to Mindful, P.O. Box 469018, Escondido, CA 92046 USA.

How can I renew a subscription to Mindful?

How can I pay the Mindful subscription invoice I received in the mail?

Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for my subscription?

Occasionally your payment and our invoice cross in the mail. If you continue to receive bills more than 6 weeks after you had sent your payment, please let us know so that we can credit your account properly. If you ordered through a third party agency, please check with them to make sure that your order was received and processed.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Please call, email, or return your invoice to us marked “cancel.” We will process your request immediately so that you receive no further bills from us. Occasionally your request and our invoice may cross in the mail. If you continue to receive invoice more than 6 weeks after you requested to cancel your subscription, please let us know so that we can insure that your account has been adjusted.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my subscription?

We will issue a refund for all remaining copies that haven’t been mailed at the time of your cancellation.

Address Change, Reporting Missing/Damaged Issues
How can I change my mailing address for Mindful?

Change your mailing address online using our secure address change form using your INET number or your customer number at least 6 weeks before you need the change to take effect. We cannot be responsible for issues which the post office does not forward.

What if my issue arrives late?

If you have seen Mindful on the newsstand and have not yet received your copy, it’s probably on its way to you. Your magazine should arrive approximately 4 weeks prior to the date shown on our magazine cover. If you do not receive your issue by that time, please log into your account through our Subscriber Services link, where you can review your subscription status and verify your address. If the problem remains, please contact subscriber services by phone or by email.

What if I have missed an issue?

We may have an incorrect address on file or we may have not received your renewal or bill payment. You may also check your subscription status online by going to Subscriber Services and using your INET or Customer number. Also you may call or email us.

Privacy
How can I ensure that my name and mailing address be removed from lists that Mindful may offer to third-party organizations?

On occasion, Mindful shares subscribers’ names and mailing addresses with organizations whose products/services we feel will be of interest to our readers. If you would like your name excluded from all such mailings, contact subscriber services by phone or by email.
