Calm.com: a free web app for mini-relaxation sessions

Don't have time to relax? Prop yourself up in front of your monitor and enjoy a small dose. 

On Calm.com, a soothing voice announces the practice of doing nothing but focusing on my breath—just for two minutes. Or ten. I can choose a scenery, and the length of practice. 

The web app falls short of a full-blown meditation practice, but it does serve as a gulp of fresh air between the sedentary-ness of office life. And it feels good to be floating away, forgetting the desk for a few minutes.
