University of Southern California Offers Mindfulness to Students

USC joins the ranks of colleges with mindfulness initiatives for students.

The new initiative will feature mindfulness courses, practice groups, research opportunities, faculty workshops, media resources, public programs and special events.

Chade-Meng Tan, Google’s Jolly Good Fellow and author of Search Inside Yourself, will be presenting at USC on October 22.

Students can get more information about the program and sign up for classes on the initiative’s website, mindful.usc.edu.
