Mindful

Screen Shot 2015-07-24 at 4.37.24 PMDan Harris has teamed up with Change Collective to create a new meditation app that avoids the woo-woo and opts for the practical—just for your inner skeptic. The app, 10% Happier: Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics, is part of Dan Harris’ mission to try to bring meditation to the public without giving it a bad rap. Harris digs into how to keep mindfulness accessible in the August issue of Mindful magazine in “7 tips for talking about meditation… without being annoying.

This new app is a personalized two-week course that includes daily video lessons from Dan Harris and renowned meditation teacher Joseph Goldstein, guided audio meditations, and a personal coach to guide you through the course. Once you have purchased the app, you have full lifetime access to all the videos and materials for any future use.

Harris’ app is designed to be accessible to everyone interested in meditation— even the most doubtful—by focusing on simple and practical exercises that have been backed by science.
