The five-day residential retreats in Wickam, Hampshire will take place on July 14-19 and November 10-15. Ed will be co-teaching with Debbie Johnson for the first retreat, and Tessa Watt for the second. Participants can expect to experience key elements of mindfulness-based stress reduction in a rich and inspiring environment.
The weekend retreat will take place from September 14-16 in Lingfield, Surrey. It will offer an experiential introduction to mindfulness meditation, exploring what mindfulness is, how it can be cultivated and what it can bring to your life.
