Ellen Langer on mindfulness and leadership

Psychologist Ellen Langer recently spoke at the ADC Future Summit in Melbourne, Australia.

Langer is a professor of psychology at Harvard University, and has studied the illusion of control, decision-making, aging and mindfulness theory. She is the author of more than 200 research articles and six academic books, including Mindfulness and The Power of Mindful Learning
