In his job at Google as Senior Manager in charge of Well Being and Sustainable High Performance Learning Programs, Bill Duane has seen that mindfulness is medicine that works. He believes that growing a larger minority of the population that actively practices mindfulness can bring the idea of “the best self” into the general discourse. And yet, there is a huge number of people that intend to sit or make a mindfulness practice that don’t, and Bill Duane is curious as to what will get those people to start practicing.
