A new BBC report—with more to come promised—features meditation teacher Michael Chaskalson, Buddhist monk Matthieu Ricard (aka, the “happiest man in the world”) and others, discussing mindfulness meditation and what might make it work. "Just eight weeks of practice can make a difference," says presenter David Sillito, "so I decided to give it a go." And he does, along with a friend who has been suffering from Lupus symptoms.
