Thich Nhat Hanh

Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the world’s leading teachers of mindfulness and meditation. A social and antiwar activist in his native Vietnam, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 1967 by Martin Luther King, Jr. Thich Nhat Hanh is a Zen master, poet, and founder of the Engaged Buddhist movement.
