How it works


Mindful is the most respected and trusted source of mindfulness information, advice, and instruction—and the voice of the emerging mindfulness community. Through our bimonthly print magazine, website, and social channels, we provide insight, information, and inspiration to help us all live more mindfully.

Our media platforms, and our projects and partnerships throughout the field, fall under the auspices of the Foundation for a Mindful Society, a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to inspiring, guiding, and connecting anyone who wants to explore mindfulness—to enjoy better health, more caring relationships, and a more compassionate society.

For three days, we'll email you practice-driven mindful moments. This online mini-retreat is designed to be a fun way to fit moments of mindfulness into your day—to give you a boost of calm, focused, energy.


For three days you'll receive an email of your daily practices. Each day has three practices: a morning practice, noon practice, and a practice for the evening. This self-guided program features Elisha Goldstein, Cara Bradley, and Jon Kabat-Zinn.


Every time you complete a practice, we'll help you keep track of what you've accomplished. If there are practices you don't have a chance to complete, you can always go back later and try it.
