Mirabai Bush has realeased a new one-hour audio session called Working With Mindfulness. It looks at applying mindfulness to the workplace through a series of exercises you can practice at work. Beyond her longtime experience as a meditation practitioner, Bush has taught mindfulness to employees from Google, Monsanto, Hearst Publications, and other fast-paced companies.

The CD includes excercises to practice before and after meetings, how to cope with negative emotions and troublesome colleagues, and how to reduce stress and increase focus.

The CD is available on Amazon, iTunes, and morethansound.net.
