Meditation After Battle (video)

A new study suggests that the stress Marines face on the battlefield could be reduced by meditation. 

A study published in the American Journal of Psychiatry suggests meditation might help Marines on the battlefield cope with stress and PTSD.

Researchers monitored Marines’ physical reaction to training. Those who had taken a short course in meditation recovered more quickly.
