Lyn Hartley, PhD, MA, BSc, CCR
Lyn is a skilled consultant in organizational development, coaching, conflict resolution and facilitation. She works with a wide variety of clients including environmental NGOs, government and First Nation organizations.
She completed her PhD in Human and Organization Development at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California; the program emphasizes a scholar-practitioner approach to bring emergent knowledge alive in the real world.
Lyn’s doctoral research on transformative learning is with the Shambhala Institute of Authentic Leadership in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Lyn has taught and supervised learners at Yukon College, Royal Roads University and for the Justice Institute of British Columbia Conflict Resolution Program.
