Stressed? Notice where you feel it. Eyes sore? Chest buzzing? Notice it wind down: slower heart rate, smoother breath.
What are Interrupters? | Subscribe to them.
Switching tasks? Get up and do something else for a moment. Grab an apple, take a brief stroll, or just relax your eyes.
Having a conversation? Be present, fiercely. Your exchange will be more relational and less transactional that way.
