What are Interrupters? | Subscribe to them.
Take a minute or three to listen to your surroundings. Drink in the soundscape. Pick up where you left off.
Can't sleep? Make a deal with yourself: I'll worry or plan in the morning. Shift attention to happier things. Have compassion for yourself.
