We want to get to know you better, so we thought we'd start this conversation with a question: Where or when are you most mindful?

Walking the dog? Bathing the kids? Doing a presentation at work?

We're looking forward to your reply. And if you've taken a photo that captures something mindful, we'd love to see that, too.

Help us get this discussion going through any of these channels (and feel free to talk about other topics, too, including what's in Mindful magazine):

Mindful

I am most mindful...
In the mornings, when I first open my eyes and my body and mind are rested.
I look around my bedroom noticing how pretty the blue of my walls appear with the morning sunlight coming through the window. I listen to the birds singing happily outside, as I snuggle up into my sheets feeling the softness of the fabric, and their nice clean smell
Then my senses are awakened.

I am most mindful...

When I play guitar or piano late at night when the house is still...

I'm most mindful...

My most mindful moments are during a yoga class or when I'm baking with my children. My mind is on nothing else other than the current moment, its beautiful.

I am most mindful...

When each morning I say my mantra of gracefulness. I say what I am thankful for and mindfully attend an attitude that continues through my day.

When am I the most Mindful

Each morning when I review the day I have planned for my life. I am minful of how blessed I am to have the ability to have complete control of whatever I choose to do.

Mindfulness & Kindness

There are numerous benefits to the practice of mindfulness, but for me, slowing down and staying present to the moment, has greatly increased the level of patience and kindness I experience towards all sentient beings, including myself. Mindfulness is vital and the more I practice it, the better I feel. Thank you.
