Longtime meditation practitioner Major Victor Won talks about the benefits of teaching mindfulness meditation to military members (both active and retired) and their families.
The short news clip below recently aired on the Armed Forces Network in Ramstein, Germany. Major Victor Won is an Army officer who, in his free time, teaches mindfulness meditation to fellow soldiers and their families at U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern. Weekly sessions can include mindful yoga, sitting meditation and walking meditation, and aim to help students reduce stress and improve resiliency.
