Chip Conley is the founder and chairman of Joie de Vivre Hospitality, America's second largest boutique hotel company. He gives eighty speeches a year, including at TED, he is the author of several books, including PEAK: How Great Companies Get Their Mojo from Maslow, and in 2007 was named the Most Innovative CEO in the San Francisco Bay Area. He lives in San Francisco.
